Combat + Pilates is a six-week movement series created by Atlas from Logic + Ritual and hosted at Newcastle Aikido. Inspired by the principles that underpin martial arts—balance, grounding, awareness, control, and precision—this program combines intentional movement and Pilates-based training to help you build strength, stability, mobility, and a deeper connection to your body. Open to everyone, regardless of experience.
